What is Greer's deal? She seems to like Wyatt, maybe love him, then she doesn't. Like that Katy Perry song - "You're hot and then cold; you're yes and then no..." I can't decide if I like her independent, strong-girl personality, or if I'm totally annoyed with it! What do you guys think?

First of all, you guys need to stop the silly bickering. Post only about the book.

So you are now far enough into the book to realize that schools and $, while they seemed important at the beginning, are NOT the problem.

Wyatt's Dad is in prison. Wyatt, naturally, wonders about his dad....thinks maybe that he might want to meet him now that he's in the same town. I think that the main problem is Wyatt trying to define himself. WHO AM I? seems to be much on his mind. Greer seems to be further complicating his attempt to figure out who he is and what he wants to do with his life. Talk about either his struggle about his dad, or what he's struggling with Greer. Ok?
